Why: Growing up, I realised early on that the information I was looking for wasn't readily available. I'd spend nights running around in my head trying to understand how to be better, why I felt the way I did, what I'm supposed to be doing, if I'm ever doing the right thing and more than anything - what was the point of any of it?

Well, I still don't have all those answers, but the last few years have been a period of serious growth. I am in a much better place lately, and it is through opening myself up to healing and all that life has to offer that my life has turned around completely. I am still on this journey, and I have many miles to go, but I am achingly committed to being better and feeling better, and I would absolutely love to have you all on board with me.

Healing is difficult, and it is not always pretty, but if you join me, I promise I will be completely transparent about all the highs and lows that come my way, so we can heal together and find our way back to our most authentic selves. No filter needed. ​
